Since every item is customized specially for your order, we don’t accept returns and refunds for design changes. But you can apply refund for quality issues within 30 days after you got the products.
Before contacting us, please download the refund form and fill in the necessary info like your name, contract number, description. Our After-sale Department will inspect immediately.
If the refund conditions are met, we will email you that we’ve approved your return. After we received the returned goods, we will refund you within 24 hours.
Normally we will refund you under the following conditions.
- the bulk not same as the confirmed sample.
- Quality issues:obvious holes(not man-made cut), stains that can’t be washed.(not caused by delivery)—issues can cause problems of selling out.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
The refundable conditions apply equally to an exchange. If you decide to exchange, you will also need to fill in the form. And our sales who has been following your order will contact you for remaking your goods for compensation. And we are responsible for the shipping cost.
Right to Cancel or Change an Order
You have the right to cancel or change an order only before we begin the orders. But if you want to increase the quantity, welcome to discuss with our sales.
