Thanks for purchasing our products at MGOO. We are always committed to providing better services. However, when a dispute happens, Our after-sales team can also guarantee your refund.
Since every item is customized specially for your order, we don’t accept returns and refund for design changes. But you can apply refund for quality issues within 20 days after your got the products.
Refund Process
Before contact us, please download the refund form and fill in necessary info like your name, contract number, description. Our After-sale Department will inspect immediately.
If the refund conditions are met, we will notify you that we’ve approved your return. After we received the returned goods, we will refund you within 24 hours.
Normally we will refund you under the following conditions.
- the bulk is not the same as the sample confirmed.
- Quality issues: obvious holes(not man-made cut), stains that can’t be washed. (not caused by delivery)—issues can cause problems of selling out.
Refund Method
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
Exchange Process
The refundable conditions apply equally to an exchange. If you decide to exchange, you will also need to fill in the form. And our sales who has been following your order will contact you for remaking your goods for compensation. And we are responsible for the shipping cost.
Right to Cancel or Change an Order
You have the right to cancel or change an order only before we begin the orders. But if you want to increase the quantity, please discuss with our sales.

Should we learn that someone under the age of 16 has provided any personal information to or on the Site, we will remove that information as soon as possible.
